The SOLWOOD Antique Wood Wire Brushing Machine is a multi-stage wood aging and surface texturing machine designed to create a natural antique, distressed, and cross-grain wood effect. It uses a combination of a cross-grain brushing belt and multiple steel wire brushing rollers to remove softer wood fibers, emphasize the natural grain structure, and produce a rustic or aged appearance.
The machine is suitable for processing solid wood boards and panels with a maximum working width of 1000 mm and material thickness from 10 to 80 mm. Its four-stage brushing configuration provides progressive surface treatment for consistent and uniform wood aging.

Working Process
The SAW-600-4 uses a four-stage surface treatment process. The first cross-grain brushing unit performs the initial wood fiber treatment, followed by three steel wire brushing stages. The successive brushing rollers progressively remove softer fibers from the surface while retaining the harder natural grain, producing a pronounced 3D wood grain and antique texture.
