The SOLWOOD CNC Nesting Machine is a high-performance CNC panel processing solution designed for precision cutting, drilling, routing, engraving and nesting of MDF, plywood, particle board, solid wood and other compatible sheet materials.
Equipped with a 9KW HQD air-cooled high-speed spindle, 12-tool automatic tool changer, Syntec CNC controller, 1.5KW servo motors, German high-precision helical rack and pinion, Taiwan ball screw, Japanese Nidec gearbox and vacuum adsorption table,
The machine also features two pressing rollers, automatic positioning, wireless positioning control, CE-standard safety cover, integrated computer with Wi-Fi connectivity for online service support and an air-conditioned electrical control cabinet.

High-Speed 9KW Spindle
The machine is equipped with a 9KW HQD air-cooled high-speed spindle with a speed range of 0–18,000 RPM.
12-Tool Automatic Tool Changer
The integrated 12-tool automatic tool changer allows the machine to automatically select and change tools during programmed operations.
High-Precision Motion System
The CNC nesting machine uses a combination of German helical rack and pinion on X/Y axes and a Taiwan high-precision ball screw on the Z axis.
Vacuum Adsorption Table
The large vacuum worktable securely holds sheet materials during machining. The table incorporates 7 vacuum zones with 24 vacuum holes, allowing flexible workholding according to the size and position of the panel.
