The SOLWOOD SF-45 Dream Servo Panel Saw is a heavy-duty, computer-controlled sliding table panel saw designed for high-precision cutting of wood panels, boards, plywood, MDF, particle board and other panel materials.
Built with a heavy-duty cast iron saw unit, reinforced machine frame and professional sliding table, the machine provides excellent stability, low vibration and smooth operation. Its servo-controlled rip fence and servo-driven cross-cutting system enable accurate, efficient and highly automated panel processing.
The integrated 12-inch touch-screen control interface allows operators to conveniently enter cutting dimensions and control major machine functions. The system can also be equipped with optimized cutting software and G-code printing functionality for advanced production requirements.

Heavy-Duty Sliding Table :
The SF-45 Dream features a double-layer professional heavy-duty sliding table with reinforced structural metal bars. The 435 mm wide table provides stable panel support during cutting and is designed for smooth and precise material movement.
The professional sliding system is specified with a tolerance of approximately 0.01 mm over 2 metres, supporting high-precision panel processing.
Servo-Controlled Cutting System :
The machine incorporates servo-controlled positioning for automated and accurate cutting operations. The automatic servo rip fence supports rip cutting up to 1200 mm, while the servo-controlled cross-cutting ruler provides precise positioning for cross-cutting applications.
The cross-cutting system uses dual servo-controlled positioning, referred to in the supplied specification as Dual Linear Accuracy Technology, providing automatic and precise movement.
Touch-Screen Control :
A 12-inch touch-screen control interface provides convenient operation and allows cutting measurements to be entered directly from the control panel. This reduces manual adjustment requirements and simplifies machine operation.
