Automatic Safety Stop System

The machine is equipped with intelligent automatic stop protection. Limit switches installed on both sides prevent sanding belt deviation. The machine automatically stops in case of:

Belt Cleaning Device

Sanding Belt Oscillation Control

The sanding belt oscillation system is controlled by a dust-proof air eye sensor, ensuring stable belt movement and even abrasive wear. The oscillation system continues functioning even during power interruptions, improving sanding consistency and belt durability.
